I helped launch the Indiana Energy Saver Program by implementing FTQ360, a cloud-based inspection and quality management platform that centralizes field data, photos, and reports for federal energy programs. I configured environments, integrated external systems, built dashboards, and created training materials and promotional videos — ensuring the program was efficient, accurate, and compliant from day one.

From 2014 to 2024, I served as both SharePoint Manager and later Office 365 Architect for New York State’s disaster recovery and resilience agency. I guided Office 365 strategy, led SharePoint solution development, and managed major migrations. My work included building secure portals for HUD and state partners, creating rapid-response tools for infrastructure funding eligibility, and developing advanced reporting dashboards with Power BI and ArcGIS.

My work included building a Medicaid fraud case tracking system, redesigning the agency intranet, creating compliance tracking tools, and delivering performance dashboards for real-time insights.

At CGI, I managed public sector technology projects across multiple states, re-engineering business processes for Medicaid and public assistance programs, authoring Oracle-based reports, and serving as the bridge between business teams and developers. Freelance Gigs
As a freelance designer, I created multimedia-rich websites for cultural and documentary projects, including ALMA—New York City’s premier Brazilian music series—and the documentary En Route to Baghdad.
